Tik Tok Out of Phone

TikTok further expands 'Out of Phone' programme in Europe, including Belgium

TikTok is further expanding its 'Out of Phone' programme across Europe, including Belgium. The programme was launched internationally in October 2023 and brings TikTok content beyond the mobile platform onto digital out-of-home screens. With six new partners, TikTok is now increasing its physical presence across markets including the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Spain and Italy.

The new partners are Alight Media, DooH it, Powerpill, Zoom Media, Next-Gen Media and C-Screens. Through their networks, organic TikTok creator content is shown on screens in locations including wellness centres, shopping malls, bars, supermarkets, universities and other high-footfall environments.

For advertisers, Out of Phone offers options including content sponsorships and an ad extension product, allowing existing TikTok creator content to be extended onto DOOH inventory.

One of the new partners is DooH it, which is using its DigiCab network. The network operates in Belgium, among other markets, and delivers full-screen, sound-on video in taxis. DigiCab also uses AI to measure factors including passenger attention and engagement.

All partnership opportunities are available in the Retrievermedia.be database.
